Moogle (EU) too
I play in Moogle, and both me and another friend are experiencing the same rubberband lag and disconnection problems since the 2.28 patch went live.
Until the last patch we played for hours without any lag or interruption. Also, we haven't changed anything in our PCs or routers/modems, and other online games still work fine.
Hope this is fixed soon, it's frustrating being the healer on an instance and getting your party killed :(

On Cactuar, I am also getting frequent 90k disconnects all day long today. Didn't start until this morning. Hope we get a fix soon.

Constant regular disconnects from Ultros. It's getting really annoying.

Happening also to me and everyone in my FC on Behemoth. Either a disconnect at the very least every hour, or lag/temporary disconnects preventing us from doing anything for minutes at a time. Game is virtually unplayable in its current state.

I also keep getting disconnected on Siren. Got disconencted 3 times within 20 minutes. And its not my end thats bad, i checked everything. its been happening all day but worse now.

Kinda glad I'm not the only one going through this now but now I'm depressed because what ever it is sucks and it makes the game completely unenjoyable and irritating. Which makes no sense since the game has been running great for me from the start. What did you guys fudge up in 2.28????
The only thing I noticed that makes it stop for a few hours is closing the game entirely and giving it 10-15 minutes maybe more and then it'll run for awhile. I played today for several hours with out a hitch till the last hour and during CT of all times -_-.

Lag seems to be thinning out here on Malboro, thank goodness. I don't think it's 2.28 or the emergency maint though, I was playing for hours on 6/6 and 6/7 with zero problems. Other posters identified a bad link in the ping chain that seems to point to a problem with one or more of the hubs that XIV's data routes through (which, incidentally, are entirely outside of Square's control; if it's the hubs literally all they can do is call and try to badger the hub company's tech support to fix things.)

I didn't have this problem last night, but many people I know did. However, my game has started lagging to the point of unplayability, and 90000/90002 every few minutes.
