where does it say that it only drops at a certain time? please show me. It says certain times it increases the drop rate, it NEVER says that it wont drop outside this time. Im not sure how else this can be explained.

I don't know how accurate it is, but I just got an ATMA going by this guide. Changed my clock to server time, went to the zone listed for that time, and got ATMA of the Scorpion drop on the first Fate I did. It could of course be a giant coincidence. Either way, that's one less ATMA I have to get now.

Same, except it was 2nd fate, I was there for 2 hours before this time and didn't see it, I'll do more testing tomorrow, it's 3am now

Just want to say I got the third (TWINS) one after 40 minutes
Took a break for 2 hours* so missed the timeslots
Got atma of the FISH after 2 minutes (2nd fate)

This system seems to be going very well for me :)

There definitely is not a cap on how many you can get in a span of 12 hours. On my second day I had gotten six in less than 7 hours.

Sharing some results from today. All times local est.

6 am Atma of the Ram - 5 minutes (1-2 fates)
7 am Atma of the Twins - 20 minutes (8-10 fates)
8 am Atma of the Lion - 10 minutes (5-6 fates)
9 am Atma of the Fish - 2 minutes (1-2 fates)
3 pm Atma of the Water Bearer - 15 minutes (5-6 fates)

I tried for about 40 minutes in North Shroud at 10 am and then for 50 minutes at 10 pm and didn't get anything. I tried for about 45 minutes at 5 pm in Eastern Than and didn't get anything.

I would say, that until SE confirms this, it is just a theory. Any, so called, evidence that would support this claim is anecdotal.

For what it's worth, haven't had any luck following this.

Eh, doesn't hurt to try. Better than zerging the same fate areas for unspeakable amount of hours @.@
