Anybody else on the verge of unsubscribing?

I don't feel like unsubscribing. The game has me in for a long haul, because it will take a lot more than one sour patch for me to quit. Not to mention there is a lot of good in this game that isn't related to the accessibility or inconsistency of progression.

It's about the environment, both in the sense of immersion and the sense of community. Which is why the toxicity of the forums could very well cause me to quit much more likely than the actual game mechanics itself.

Honestly, I like the new dungeons. I'm not dissuaded by the whole Atma Fate thing ,as I won't take the progression of it seriously when I can work on it during downtime that's not designated raid or RP time. There is also plenty else to do and catch up on in the meanwhile. There's still the hope that Soldiery gear may have their update items drop off of more than just coil 6-9. If not, well, then there's still trying to get a larger house for the FC.

Hmm, while I do agree that all of that should be in the DF, I still think the game is very enjoyable.

Why not focus on something else for a while like filling up crafting achievments, making gil and moving up in beast-tribe fame?

If you check OP's post history, every single one of them is whine... whine... whine. I bet he spends more time whining than playing the actual game. Ignore the troll.

... and by the way, you don't even need the new relic if you're THAT casual. It's for people who want to progress into Coil, but that doesn't seem to be your thing.

Even if I don't like the Atma RNG, I'm use to tedious grinds on MMOs so it doesn't make me want to quit. :)
