I could have said that I've never been kicked five minutes ago... but I just got vote kicked for saying that the tank needed to watch what he was doing because I hit the boss once, having given him ample time to build aggro, and got my face eaten off, followed by the rest of the party, and then the rest of the alliance. He proceeded to lecture me, in detail, on how great he was, how stupid I was, and how my ancestry must have been idiots all the way back to the dawn of time, and then poof, booted. Some people just can't take criticism at all. I was somewhat amused at his creativity with insults, and about to tell him how inventive and entertaining he was, and shrug it off as all in good fun, but then I got hit with the black loading screen. Oh well, we asked for a vote kick system, I s'pose we have to deal with those who would abuse it. Still better than people AFKing through runs with nothing we could do about it, or those who were being legitimately offensive and malicious toward others with no way to get rid of them. I guess a good way to never get booted is to not suck at your job, and never speak, but hey, if people don't want to hear me talk, then I'd rather not play with them in the first place.

I've never been kicked either. I don't really see why people are being kicked.
It's not like I just play a role you don't wanna kick either. Usually I play as bard (and we all know that all trouble in the world is caused by bards!). But I've also played as tank and healer in my pug groups, and even on those roles I don't play as well, I still don't get kicked.
Maybe it's just like, if I'm playing bad, I realize it and own up to it? Then I make an effort to try harder. Not sure why stuff like this should be difficult to figure out.
I've seen people get kicked in parties I've been in. I never initiate them though, and I rarely vote in them, unless they are trolling and that is the reason someone wanted to kick them.
Oh wait, I remember one instance I initiated a kick on someone. It was in CT and they weren't wearing any gear. Naked people are one thing I'll kick over.... If you are gonna troll, at least don't be obvious! :P

Been kicked only once out of the hundreds and hundreds of runs I've been through, just by being a monk. My group in CT had 6 people from a premade, they had a monk. Boom.
If you think about it, that's a very very low percentage, which is good. Not as bad as forum posts suggests. More faith in humanity :)

I have never been kick until recently I was doing Titan Extreme as Tank
- Whenever I see 1 person die from landslide before heart phase, I will jump off the cliff and hope to reset the fight.
- After jumping off 2 times due to someone die from landslide, on 3rd try I was kicked.

Never been kicked... but I have also never seen anyone be kicked.
I have seen people on 3 separate occasions leave because they knew they could not complete the fight (either connection issue or they just were not up to scratch and recognized they were pulling the whole group down), so they gracefully left and the DF provided us with a new DD.
Having a group mentality makes you a better player rather then the 'that is/isn't my job' mentality imho ^_^

Same as above. Have never been kicked, have never seen anyone get kicked. Wanted to give a Lalafell black mage an Atomic Wedgie once though...

Never been kicked.
Ho wait, i don't use the duty finder.

I've never been kicked, but I have initiated a votekick here and there for people who got disconnected and were simply offline for too long.
Then there was one single case a few months back when I initiated a votekick on a healer from a CT alliance because this person used very offensive language to talk badly about everybody in our party in the Alliance chat, and claim how poorly we were all doing, when this healer was performing the poorest of everybody in our party—opening fights with Medica II and Regen, never using Shroud, healing little because of Cleric Stance constantly being on, not healing dps players properly when they took unavoidable damage, not contributing any dps either. I put up with this up to the Vassago fight, then I had had enough. Two seconds after I initiated votekick, the player vanished, so I suspect that the rest of the party was just as fed up with him/her as I had been.
I'll say this much on it: I normally put up with people who are a bit rude or perform poorly, but if you are rude and dragging the party down and offensive on top, don't be surprised if the majority agrees to votekick you...

I have been kicked *yes nod nod nod* but those were when I was underperforming (bad days/lags @ titan ex as a tank).
But~ I thought to myself, hey! I should check out the forums! It's been a while! (three exclamations worth) and am starting to wonder, why do people exaggerate so much here? The community isn't a bunch of a-holes as is portrayed by many here.
Could it perhaps be more of an attitude problem on your end than it is of others? It takes more than one hand to clap and vote kicks don't work alone. If you refuse to cooperate, then yeah, the chances of getting kicked is higher.
But, again, truly, why does it seem as if everything here is being exaggerated?

I've never been kicked. I'm not going to comment on why people get kicked, people will only call me a jerk/elitist for my comments anyway.
