If you're willing to leave a game because a group of folks thought you were afk and gave you das boot and your friend so upset over a kick that she was physically ill over it you both need to find a new hobby.
That said, the party kick system is perfect. If the group doesn't want you around, regardless of the reason, they have the right to remove you. An individual cannot do this, it requires the majority. If the majority wants you gone, you were the problem. -

Not that I think SE bothers to do anything about it (there are more serious problems they just ignore just the same) but all you can do is report them. It IS against the rules to kick someone for reasons other than what is given in the Vote Kick feature, SE just need to enforce it. -
