A) Quests
E) Guildleves
F) Dungeons
A and E mainly because most of the time I'm playing solo (not really by choice), but F in a third place since I do know the joy of killing things in group. And the word "dungeons" makes me remember mi time spent playing RO a while back (but I'm pretty sure the dungeons from FFXIV are completely different from what I'm expecting).

I think you should add a PvE option to your list. I enjoyed campagin and would love to see something like that or besieged be added for exping. Behests kind of suck though.

I would like to level up through..
F, dungeons
A, Quests
E, leves
D, light party/full party
I'd do all A,B,C,D,E,F at one point or an other though. I think they should have it all.

Camping and Dungeons with a smattering of quest

C) Moving around killing mobs as flys (10 secs per mob solo/duo) This, but I wouldn't want it to be duo I'd want it to be atleast with 5 people are we just zerg the area :P its fun. Of course I wouldn't want instances like that I'd like them to be tough and challenging I want death I wanna work for gear etc. The usual :D

My favorite way of leveling is by having fun doing it.
From the choices above, I might derive more in-game pleasure out of meaningful, well written, story driven quests.

B (with XP chains), but B nonetheless so as not to complicate your poll.

I think the idea of leveling (or ranking or w/e) up in dungeons is cool, assuming they're challenging like they say. This would encourage different ways of doing them since everyone won't always want to bring a 50 job, they might prefer a chunk of XP/SP(ugh) on another job they have that's 45+. I'm not saying it would be ultimate points, but a bonus that might be worth switching up for a while.
As far as personal preference goes, a.) Quests
