I'm one of those who likes the bigger axes. Garuda's Scream and Dual Hakken are my favorites. :D Ragnarok is pretty awesome, too.
Weapons scale up based on race too, Elezen and Roe weapons are the largest, literally.
It was funny back when the game launched and I was leveling up Acn and then Smn, and there already are a few exceptionally large book models that look even larger when I use them. I loved it though, reading the "Jesus that book is huge." comments.
Looks fine to me. Then again, the artwork in question presents this axe and it has the advertised size. Other axes were probably scaled differently to maybe give a different feel to them.
I know for a fact that the Bravura is quite huge in the HW trailer compared to the ingame one.

Without the Zeta glow, for those that might say that's the only reason it looks big enough.
I think Bravura and Ragnarok looks pretty small compared with Dual Haken for my highlander.
Titan Axe! The biggest Axe in the game. I would love to see more bigger axes. Some of them are pretty small ^^.

Eh....axes look good enough at their current size. It does seem that some axes are a bit bigger than others; which is fine imo.
What I am more concerned about is that this was necro-posted from over a year ago! O.O
Am I the only one who notices these things?
