...Really? I don't even know what makes Kefka so special. He didn't destroy the planet, he just rearranged the continents.

Ex-Death Reunited two planes of existence back into one.

Sephiroth destroyed a solar system. (This counts if you are gonna say Kefka destroyed the planet and it's still there)

Ultimecia almost made time stop being, which is way worse than anyone else has done.

Technically Kefka beat Caius to 'FF villain who succeeded in his plans' years ago, and didn't need some stupid shtick about 'having the heart of Chaos' or some rubbish. Kefka was evil for evil's sake, destroyed his world halfway through, scattered the pesky heroes and ruled like a God for over a year. Greatest villan ever. ;)

Actually kefka was defeated by terra and co. Caius tricked noel to unleash the power of chaos, and the irony he still alive.
