As the leader of the free company Frost on the Exodus server, I would like to express our thoughts in relation to 24 player content.

What is important to Frost is that we expect to raid together as a free company. I understand there is a ton of new content to explore in 2.1 but none of it really requires a large coordinated free company. We built Frost to have an active, fun community that loves to raid together. CT is not how we envisioned Frost and raiding.

Our player base is going to get extremely frustrated to roll into CT and potentially face failure due to newly geared AK players with minimal exposure to raiding. As a free company we take these new players and help them become skilled players. We cannot do this with the groups from duty finder.

I hope that all future content for 24 player raids that matter will be for Free Companies.

The first to do CT will likely be the first people who enter the dungeon :P

But its not possible to do CT as a guild anyway unless you are very lucky.

Fun Information

1. A Real HC FC doesn't care if PUG's are with them as long as they get a try at being world first since you are getting 1/3 out of the whole party that'll be worth something.

2. 24 alliance raiding is coming just not for 2.1 but with 2.2 so you will be enter to go Ct in FC only.

3. A Real HC doesn't care about "progression" there are moments in gaming where the game is just finished its done there is nothing left to do time to go to another game or reallife !

If you are full ivl90 + Allagan Weapon you've finished the game do something useful for once and stop complaining if you're not full 90 even you can get something out of CT.

All of the Information you are bitching about is known for ages just get your shit together.

HC content is coming so calm down and play HC games and not casual mmo's like FFXIV with a bit of raiding content thrown in between.

P.S. If there is anyone going to check my equip and tell me something aobut l2p or "lol you're not even coiling bro" that's true because i didn't manage to get titan down on my own and i don't want to buy the kill. I will have plenty to do with 2.1 and if i ever get to the point where i finished all available content i'll jsut do some more reallife related things or play an alt. It is easy as that. This game is just beginning and veryone complaining is welcome to leave for the greater good you won't be missed !

I have to say that this announcement shocked me. CT was originally supposed to come out at launched. Then it was pushed back. Then it was pushed back again. Referring to all of 2.1 being pushed back a month. Now SE is planning on releasing CT without the ability to make a 24 man group? This is going to kill FCs. Ours has 6 BC groups so that we could do 2 full CTs. Right now with current content, I don't even get to play with more than my 8 man BC group. That fact that SE even began to think that this might be acceptable is insane. I understand the game is new. I understand things get delayed. I cant understand the fact that the ONE raid where more than a small group can get together, you cant do as a FC. So now I have to gamble that the other two 8 man groups don't suck. Cause from what Yoshi-P said, there are parts where we cant help each other. I promise you whats going to happen is 2 good groups are going to get stuck and not be able to finished because 1 group is bad.

Just queue up over and over again until you get your FC members together. That has been a feasible suggestion from many of the FC out there trying to work out a solution to this new problem. Maybe adjusting your raid times a bit for when no as many FC's are queuing at the same time to help ensure you get all your own people. There are some clever solutions out there for certain.

Do you really think any serious player cares about who's first to clear a dungeon that's meant to be cleared by a pug in AK gear? Anyone who's going to try to claim fame out of this is laughable.
