Only been browsing the thread a little bit and didn't see where the pic showed up so from a completely out of context opinion. There are a bunch of class changes happening in 2.1 some of which being the bard nerf, warrior buff, and overall melee buff for DRG and MNK so maybe that is what it is about?

I guess it comes down to reading comprehension. I knew what you meant because I watched the video too. They were showing new stuff or stuff that we know it's coming on the next patch. Crystal tower, beast men holds, pharos sirius, housing, furniture etc. Then out of nowhere they show that poster. It didn't fit. They showed some more artwork that I don't know of what it is. Seemed kind of like the berserk manga nightmares. Lots of faces with teeth and angry eyes. I thought those were the enemies we will face or something. Anyone have screenshots of those?

And I really must say, they also showed the game's logo right after showing that (old) artwork of the jobs - I really don't think it means much, although I will be happy if I'm wrong.

No, they weren't. They even originally said that new classes/jobs would come in updates and that we wouldn't have to wait for the expansion pack. The same for max-level raise. The plans may have changed since then, but we currently have no accurate idea for when they'll add new classes/jobs.

The way I understood it was no new "Classes" until an expansion but we might expect to see "Jobs" come out in subsequent patches before then. Especially with advent of more than one job per class. It would be plausable for them to round out two different jobs per existing class before adding in new classes.

BUT!

I do think this is a ways off. I doubt it will come in this patch if they did do something like this and the only way I could see musketeer earlier is if it was a branch off of the Archer Class, which does not make much sense. I think Musketeer needs its own Class and if I remember correctly they said no new "Classes" until the first payed expansion. Sorry I don't have sources to back myself up, so don't take my word for it.

I didn't see any new job in that picture. If it's hinting at a new job...wouldn't there be another in the circle that's not washed out?
