Wow, and I am on TWC as well, Dallas. Seems we have found the common element. Glad to know it isn't my new router. To whoever mentioned the DNS server change above, I really don't think changing the DNS servers would make any difference because the game already knows the correct IP addresses to use i.e. it doesn't have to look them up through a DNS server.
Same here. Constant DCs. Also TWC in Los Angeles area. Working fine before the update, but constant DCs ever since.
Got the 9k error at least 10 times last night (also on TWC Orange County, CA)
I usually get 1 maybe 2 9k a week, never disconnected this many times in one night.
Disconnected during my Tonberry King fight.. :\
And of course as a DPS, I had to restart Duty Finder every time after I DCed, resetting my place in line..
Since the Nov 19th update its been unbearable to play.
Just got kicked out of Brayflox's by 90K. Sweden is my location and Telia is my ISP. A few minutes before the disconnected I got rubber-banding a few times, then total freeze, and then a disconnect. Sorry Duty Finder people whose healer disappeared in the middle of battle!
Same thing here. 90k every 15 minutes. I was just in a FATE, 90k'd and logged back in to a dead character.
EDIT:
Been playing for an hour and a half. I experienced 6 90k disconnects. Couldn't even access the market boards at certain points.
It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved. If this does continue to be a concern, please create another thread to further discuss resolutions or contact the Support Center at support.na.square-enix.com for assistance.
