Currently Sweat of Brow is over used because it has the most benefit and setting any more will reduce the amount of times Sweat of Brow appears. This leads to people just setting that and nothing else. I would like to see abilities selectable in the way DoH is, but restricted with cool downs so that you have to think which one to activate.
