because this is their plans for until the end of summer. They say "plans for summer" because the intelligent people will understand that "for summer" means "during summer" which means "from summer's start to summer's finish." =p

My last post suggested they should have corrected it to "Remember, these are our plans untilsummer's end 2011!"

These are just their PLANS until summer 2011. More plans are sure to be implemented during summer 2011. This by no means insists that all of this will come during the summer.
