Fair enough, that's your opinion.
As for me when i buy a game, i intend to play it and have fun not wait and then wait some more and then guess what.. wait some more, for SE to unlock servers who knows when at the time. Good for you, you did some reading. Here's a cookie for you...

I didn't go past the first page, but the OP has 23 likes and most of the first page is talking about how they worked around.

If the first page is any indication, it's people telling people to learn to adapt, and pay attention to the rules when they're said up front, and if you rolled on Legacy, special rules apply.

It should be somewhere in your window as you launch the game. Check one of the links under their news, if i recall.
Should have the server list, the crowded legacy and non legacy and other bits and pieces.
