Question about server transfer restrictions

What? That's not even remotely the same thing as this. What you're describing is the same as a new player choosing to play on a legacy server.

It is NOT the same as suddenly dumping hundreds of millions of gil into a different server.

Except that, like others have been pointing out, there is most likely going to be thousands of transfers to get through. Now, there may well be less, and then it will be faster, but also when WoW introduced it, it was not free. There will be people taking advantage of this just because they can. You know people are free stuff.

this sucks. as i accidently transfered a 1.0 mule to the wrong server because i forgot to check retainers before i transfered it so now i can not transfer to the correct server 4 free because of creation limit thats crap.

I am so glad I waited for 2.0. Early last year I was debating if I should make a 1.0 account to get legacy. Now I am happy that I didnt :D

when na joined 11 they raised the lvl cap from 50 to 75 so BAM gear reset.

Has anything been mentioned about the wait time involved between transfers? If someone pays for one transfer, how long until they can pay for another? Is it immediate, a few days, a few months, etc?

XI was something like 3 months, which was absolutely horrible.

Its been the "15th" for damn near 6+ hours now... Why can I still not transfer wtf.

Inb4 "we are sorry, we're going to have to push the date back end of October early November."

I really hope SE reads this, 3 months for a transfer cool down is stupid when you have to PAY $25 per xfer.
