For me, Squeeny deciding to name him "Moggle" instead of "Moogle" stands along with the Fatigue system at the "worst decisions ever pantheon".

Heh, if this is true, then Maybe I'm A Lion wasn't far from a cut if you're a very paranoid Square. Not only the title is a homage to Deep Purple's Maybe I'm a Leo, the main riff resembles it as well.

I wouldn't be surprised if they had negotiated with Elfman or Disney, or whoever holds the rights for the Nightmare Before Christmas song.
I mean, Square-Enix has already used the song (+ the characters and the world of the movie!) so yeah. (Kingdom Hearts for those who didn't know) Wouldn't shock me if that's the case for this Kupo-song as well.
The very least they're not getting sued.
