Hat and pants are from the Storm Elite DoW set, yes. The gloves and boots are from the tank set. Axe is Storm Elite as well, of course.

It's extremely gratifying that they go so well with the Sky Pirate coat.

Aha! The set is the new crafted one. Ilvl 210, the mythrite set!

The helmet, however, is the lvl 50 masterwork one. I forgot the name, but you can find it easily on the marketboard. Should be super cheap too. It's one of the lvl 50's, I just dyed it jet black.

I just tried the board but not finding anything similar to it. Assumed it was suppose to be the Allagan rework but doesnt look similar to me.

EDIT: The Crafted version is called "Heavy Wolfram Helm"
