Name of ISP: Time Warner Cable
Country of Residence: United States (Honolulu, Hawaii)
When does the problem occur: Intermittently throughout the day, it lasts anywhere from 2-20 seconds at a time, game is unplayable during this time.
ISP: Comcast

Every night usually after 6pm lag spikes tend to occur. It's definitely more noticeable in instances such as WP/AK Titan and coil.
ISP: Comcast
Seattle, WA
Every night after about 6 PM PST to midnight. It has been getting worse. No problems when I play during my server's peak time (about 10 AM -3 PM PST for me.)
Like so many, I am having lag issues and so is my wife. We are on the same router/isp as well when we play.

Doing WP Coil Titan HM. Lag is so horrible, causes my group to wipe because I'm heals. Got 90kd twice last night resulting in Turn 4 wipes. They'll be times where everyone on screen freezes for 5 seconds then warps to realtime. Never ever had problems like these in any other mmos I've played. Absolutely unacceptable in this day in age.
All day every day I have huge latency. Best I have ever seen was about a half hour on the 18th of Nov when I was doing fine, but on a daily basis I experience 1-2 seconds of latency at all times.

Lag has made the game unplayable for me for almost two months now :( And agree with above, it really really does not look like throttling as I do not currently nor have I ever had issues with that in my two years with this ISP despite running torrents etc.

Since the game left Beta, I have been having this issue, and it keeps getting worse.

- Name of ISP: Charter Communications

- Always, but worse in instances. Titan has pretty much become insurmountable because even though I'm worlds away from the AOE, it thinks I'm still in it and blows me off the stage.
-It's not the ISP. Playing next to my bf, and he has no problems. In fact, he didn't believe that my lag could be that bad and figured that I was just moving too slowly. When we went into the instance together, on my screen I was far away, whereas on his I was right in the middle of it. He believes me now :)
The game is fun, and I'd love to keep playing and giving you guys money, but if I can't progress because you handicap me, I might as well take my dollars elsewhere.

Always, there is always a 3-4 second delay in everything
And in Stone Vigil 2nd boss lags out completely
My lag spikes change based on which world I'm logged in to. Some worlds I have no lag. Unfortunately, on my main world I have terrible lag now. These spikes occur every 5 to 10 seconds, and consist of 1 to 2-second freezes, followed by models quickly animating to their current state.

- Name of ISP - Comcast

- When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?) -Always, but way worse in instances. Spikes, lag, and rubberbanding happens at all times. Sometimes party members walk in place for more than 5-7 seconds before everything catches up and moves again.
- Reference number from your ISP, if you raised this matter with them - No reference number, but I have called AND talked on live chat and they insisted that they do not throttle at all.
Also to add, I've port forwarded everything I could (and yes, even opening ports that are not recommended because it's dangerous. Also tried DMZ). I've pretty much tried and have done everything you could find online about this issue. Only thing that works HALF the time is using pingzapper, but you have to pay for that.

Happens quite often, and so much so I have given up on Coil as being a PLD and lag in Coil T2 is the death of me and my party. Thanks...
Throttling due to P2P... they say they don't throttle, but I'm pretty sure he's lying.
