Hello everyone, count me in the 90006 bandwagon. My problems started this past Saturday (August 7th). Game would start lagging heavily, sometimes it would bounce back but more often than not I would get disconnected. It would happen every hour or so.
On Sunday it was more or less the same. But yesterday the game started dropping more frequently. Today (Tuesday) it is lagging me out as soon as a minute after logging in.
Tried Firewall Settings, Router Settings, Disabling BitDefender, Internet Explorer Settings, etc. Tracert seems to generate quite a few errors on ntt nodes, same as everybody else in here. Weirdly enough, I tried VPN and it seems to be working, no drops at all using Windscribe. Still, I do not find that to be a reasonable solution.
For my connection my internet provider is TimLive from Sao Paulo/Brazil, connecting to Crystal/Zalera. (I so wish SE would make a South American server, the ping here is kinda bad even in ideal conditions).

Unfortunately i too shall add myself among the victims of this 90006 pandemy. Yesterday and today i kept getting disconnected every 2-3 minutes with HEAVY LAG that never occoured before.
Update: I did several Tracerts toward 204.2.229.11 (Crystal Datacenter IP if you're not aware) followed by pings, both while game was running properly and while it crash... and noticed it's the ae-4.r00.scrmca02.us.bb.gin.ntt.net [129.250.7.57] that keep timing out. I believe it's one of the switches of the NA datacenter located in Sacramento that's being faulty. This same issue happened around April of 2020 with the exact same issue. Which also means there's no way of solving this on our own. We have to wait 'till the tecnicians of NTT notice and solve it.
-
Like the others, since yesterday i keep getting disconnected every 3, 5 mins or so, im on faerie. Its really becoming infuriating, the game is barely playable now.
-
I'm having the same issue here. Disconnecting constantly soon after login
-
Same as everyone here, since yesterday i keep getting disconnections every 3-5m. i been playing just fine for the last 9 days and now this, i have to say that i am getting pretty fucking mad cuz the sub here where i live it is not necesarily cheap
-
Same here, I have dcs every 5-10 minutes. It started yesterday and seems to be at around 2PM GMT-3. Before that time it was good. I'm from Argentina, on NA Primal/Leviathan.

90006 and South America seems to walk hand in hand.
Wish I could say this was the first time we had this problem, but it ain't.
I'm willing to bet they know exactly what causes it and hopefully it's something that in the end will get us better servers.
But it happening again and again, is certainly not helping build up trust...
Specially thanks to the silence on the topic from SE support.

It's an issue with NTT, Square Enix's ISP

Same here, 2002 and 90006 error. I'm playing from Brazil at Behemoth, Primal. It started 3 days ago.
-
90006 and 2002, from Argentina and playing in Goblin, Crystal. Can't talk to 2 NPCs without getting kicked due to "connection errors". Already tried DNS and Firewall related solutions and nothing changed and also started a few days ago. We seem to be legion..
Any news on the subject?
