Really interesting, since #65 is wildly different between languages. #63 must be the one I found then. It's the only possible one it can be now that the other Bluefog ones have been found. Fairly sure I know where #62 is but need to go check it out.

French version of #63 speek about soldiers who go on top of a banner on top of a tower. I think it's the one marked #65 on first page.
The translation is on one of my previous post.

Number 27, The Ship Graveyard, starts at least at 6 pm under the Gale weather. (17,36) According to what someone previously said it ends around midnight/1 am.

#25, Gullperch Tower (29,33) in Eastern La Noscea, 8 PM under Rain weather

#62. Exactly where it knew it'd be. (14,26) Minotaur Malm in Southern Thanalan. Very hard to see the screenshot because it's so dark and no idea on the time/weather/emote. With the three squatting guys that /emote as you approach them...
