If you count Demolish+Fracture+ToD+Normal Attack don't monks usually do 150+150+40+360= 700 dps every 2 secs? That seems a lot but I'm not sure how much other classes typically do.

Yoshi!!! Why you didnt say a word about monk??? Does SE have no plans for fixing monk- GL to make longer, TwSn buff longer, make some skills out from rotation???
Monk is an advance dps class not everyone can play if you don't like it just move on to bard or dragoon 3-4 if you have a problem with monk I do more damage in long fight than anyone in the party most of the time step you're game up kids.
They said melee was punishing, and they will mitigate that with either mechanics or QoL buffs.
They didn't say anything about melee theoretical damage low, so potentially they'll likely increase buff durations so your rotation isn't so tightly bound.
Or perhaps make GL drop 1 stack at a time, which I think would be amazingly useful on boss downtime.
I'm fine with GL duration and pretty much everything. The only thing I might add is a few seconds to Twin Snakes buff, so we can use True Strike without a ridiculous skill speed.
Monk is an ok DPS but hard to play class. It's DPS is not super high or super low after you got relic weapon. before that, monk dps is poor. but If your Internet coonection isn't great, I suggest you don't try MNK. you will die a lot in end game and your DPS will be on bottom of group.
