Yep! I just completed my second round through the chat queue to get the same message... again. Talk about a farce! Before, I thought SE was simply woefully unprepared. Now I'm beginning to believe we are being actively trolled.

I just got kicked out of the chat support queue as well.
we had this problem yesterday and after getting no response we went on amazon and preorder and they send you a promo code right after then redeem the code and cancel the preorder now in EA
yep just happened to me too. Said f#@! it canceled my amazon preorder. Ordered it again got a new code. put it in site with 0 problems and I am currently downloading the game. NA ps3 early access as been achieved. D#@! move yes but maybe SE will care more when amazon starts bugging them why ppl are re ordering.
Amazon got a huge batch of pre-order codes from SE and tomorrow is launch so I doubt they are sweating it. When the codes run out, they run out. Beside this is good business for Amazon. They showing you they the kings of customer treatment. Aren't you more likely to buy from them in the future? Win for Amazon. Failure for SE.
