Don't build too much hopes on today's Maintainance, I bet it's not addressing our issue, we are being ignored and their opinion is we should get this fixed by our own isp, and our own isp is so stubborn cause for them it's just a game, so basically they are telling us "deal with it".
My opinion if this doesn't get fixed by end of this week, we want our money back, cause I am so done with all this crap.
to be fair, if SE is aware of this issue seems it would've been a day or two ago in which they need time to investigate it (not talking about SE support).
seeing that Etisalat is a bit slow responding to us, it makes sense they'll be slow responding to SE as well.. ( >_< )
I don't think this thread would help lol, we are only getting negative replies from other players, and maybe even will be locked.
please don't be discouraged and think that. I'm pretty sure SE would understand the frustration of players, they will need time to assist so we need to be patient and wait it out. part of the issue was due to this thread being in the technical thread, we should've posted from the start in the general discussion. so I think now everyone learned about this so the next time an issue like this occurs we can try doing that.
as said from other players, Etisalat and SE are currently communication with each other which is a good thing. I know many of us received different information from our ISP and that added more frustration, but I think now Etisalat is aware of it and maybe they shared the issue with other branches in case of further reporting they know that there's indeed an issue.
let'e keep our positivity and hopefully soon enough we will return to Eorzea.
