Yoshi-P has confirmed tooltips are working as intended.

Do you know the difference between people being good and content being hard? You say this like twister somehow got easier. This is basically what every doomsayer is saying about FFXIV raiding. Remember, the difficulty of the content has NOT changed, you got better. The sentiments you had about the difficulty of coil when it was first released still holds true.
