sorry - really don't have time for a bug report - so posting what happened to me here.

I had 2 accounts and use both regularly (accessing houses as well), about 3 1/2 weeks i logged into both accounts houses, a couple days later my power supply died. I was waiting for a new one which took 3 weeks; after about 2 weeks into the wait I received a demolition notice for 1 of my 2 accounts. Lucky my part arrived and I logged in to stop the destruction of my house. so in summary:

I received a notice even though I was only inactive for approx 3 weeks 21 days
Notice only came for 1 account and not both, even though both were inactive the same time
The house that received the notice was a personal one - the other account has a fc house and received no notice.

While the effort is appreciated, the cold hard truth is that posting here does no good whatsoever. If you don't submit a bug report, SE won't look at it.

I will have to agree with Rymm on this. Without affected players submitting bug reports there is no way that SE can look into this issue and fix it. Please reconsider contacting SE about it through: "(either via the official forum, (NA) Support Center/(EU) Support Centre, or an in-game GM call)"

Any reason you cant just copy paste this into a report?

aka didn't happen. A bug report wouldn't take much longer than you typing this post.

Then some funny statements: three weeks to get a piece of hardware? Lol? Some well-known site will send you quality stuff the day after.

But the most funny is, "I received a notice even though I was only inactive for approx 3 weeks". Got a timely notice and complaining? Wut?

Well, I think the OP argument is now gone and done and some peple doesn't know what to post here. RIP thread.

There's not really much to say until there's an update to the only known bug report regarding this bug that we have so far, apart from saying "please submit a bug report if this happened to you".

I just do not get why SE can't step in and say what has been going on with this. If a bug causes me to lose my house, SE's customer service will not do anything to get it back, so excuse me for being paranoid with the lack of communication.

This as well, 45 days is too short, i am now paranoid because people do not always get the emails, and the fact we do not get to see what the game thinks on when the auto demo takes place. Make sure anyone effected by this gets to fill out bug reports, keep in mind a good number of people get suspended from the forum for any reason. I get there is an in game bug report filling but a lot of times those feel ignored from the lack of communication so what exactly is going to be done?

He stated he got an alert for his personal, and that the fc didn't get one even though it got no attention.

That wouldn't be helpful to bug report because int his case it's about the emails, which Square confirmed are at least being sent correctly. Recieved however... out of their control.

Well, is he the only one in the FC? If not, then anyone stepping into it who is in the FC resets the timer, so theres that.

They also said they logged into the house. They may have logged out in the house last time they played, but logging in at the house does not count as entering it.
