Aether Data Center Not allowing Me to Connect

Hell I can't even get on to CHOOSE a different server to start a new character on.

I'm on AT&T Uverse and can't log it to FFXIV, but I CAN login to SWToR, ESO, GW2 and Rift without any issue.

Still cannot connect to Primal Data Center. I can connect to Aether though. I guess until this is fixed I will make a new character and play on another data center till this is fixed.

I find it interesting that this happens about 5 days before the next patch launches. I bet it's gonna be down til then because SE can't be bothered to divert resources from the patch (from what I read is a minor patch anyway)

na servers are the only ones really effected you can play on eu and jp servers.

I was able to log in. Anyone can confirm? Cause I just tried WTFast with manual settings for canada.

It's lagging like hell though xD

well both my PS4 and PC are still getting 2002 when connecting to NA Data Centers
ISP - Comcast.

so basically, there's nothing being done about this?

You probably can. When the Heavensward splash screen comes up, don't hit "start" right away, and look at the other options. You can change your default data center there before you get to the character select screen.
