mmm that is mainly my diagram that I posted. It does look much better than my paint version but could I get some credit for it cause I had worked on mine for days going through the info on multiple forums. Mine was posted on page 30, post #300.

My 9th Stage just finished.

Started at Regal Purple, took 9 berries to get a "new feathers", turned unto Royal Blue.

I'll just chalk it up as more strange stuff..

Now what do I do.. more Berries or start on Pears.. Blood Red took 35 Apples, now I'm at 32 Berries total.

More Berries I guess, since I'm technically at 75 apples/ 32 Berries.

Berries should be capped, or I think I read it could go to Abyssal...but that's inconclusive.

I would personally see if going backwards (apples) would reproduce the same steps, but going in reverse obviously. But that's me.

Right now I did the apple path, got to Dalamud, then went the following:

Dalamud Red --> 2 Plum = Blood Red (I thought I could produce a different red that wasnt Blood Red, but guess not?)
Blood Red --> 13 Pear = Plum Purple (Decide to see if I could get to the green color line just like how berries moved itself over to the blue color line (Royal blue))
Plum Purple --> 1 Pear = Blood Red (/shrug)

(This is stopping on first new feathers, for clarity).

I'm continuing on pears from here on out until...idk :D.

currant purple + mamook pear = marsh green

Someone feed their marsh green + 1 berry = soot black

I got a little drunk last night and threw my feed 1 type of fruit out the window and feed my marsh green 2 berries (2 feather procs) then 1 apple for a proc and got Ink Blue which one of the 2 colors I wanted (other being Soot Black).

Well, I already started feeding mine Berries again. At the moment I'm @15 and waiting on a berries plant which should be finished within the 6 hours. If I can't get a "new feathers" from those 36, or if they aren't finished for w/e reason, I'll move on the Pears.

My plan at the moment is finish berries. Start stuffing him with pears. See what I get, and at some point give him a Lemon and move on to finding Wine Red or the high red color w/e it may be.

I'll second this notion. If you're going to improve someone else's stuff, take five minutes and cite sources. It won't kill you, and it won't trounce days of work by others.

Crimson said this perfectly. It is obviously 95% Gilgameshkun's work if you put the 2 charts next to each other. At least put at the bottom when you give generic credit saying that you got it from the forums and other peoples diagrams... Put something like Sarrum Gilgamesh from Gilgamesh Color Mapping Diagram. Because people are going to think you just from like 5 peoples diagrams and put them together not realizing that 95% of the diagram was from Sarrum Gilgamesh. At least give them some type of recognition for their days of combing through the forums.

Good Job Sarrum for the great work. And Alinah that looks amazing! Totally polished that gross looking paint diagram XD

I'm getting completely fed up at this point...

I have gone from

Darkwood Green -> (one Valfruit) ->> Void Blue
Void Blue wend Back to Darkwood Green.

So i fed it another single valfruit again and now... It's Currant Purple..

I'm on the verge of completely giving up on soot black Ink blue at this point...
I cant wait 6 hours to have a terrible result everytime.. and get further and further from the result that has been "Confirmed" to work

what in the hell am i supposed to do on this? 50 people have told me im "So Close" and that im one fruit away and i follow the advice that im given and i get further again?... it's just getting unbearable.
