There isn't. However, you can buy Krakka root seeds from Material supplier in Dappled stalls/Lavender beds. Should be in other residential areas too.

Even I dropped the caster body from CT2. I though it is obscene (on my elezen) but for some odd reason I begin to think if I can use it as base for glamour.

I love the beard and the fact that the wing guards allow for movement. I prefer bardings that let the chocobo flap when they need to. I think it is my fav barding so far, but the head is a little strange when most of the head pieces have so much volume on top. So I am using the soverign head instead
