Mods are against Terms of Service currently. So posting pictures of it on the Official Forums probably isn't the best idea. Your feet kind of give it away with those Ryne Boots. It looks like you have a different body mod installed while the boots are the default meshes. So the boot meshes are using the UV's of the old body textures but your new textures have replaced that. Because your new textures most likely have a different UV layout it's resulting in a incorrect look where you don't have any toes as the old textures used normal maps heavily to achieve fake toes painted on that surface.
