90k to 3102

I have the error 3102 and also the Unable to update the EU/NA character list.

If i close launcher reopen sometimes my char will appear and then select login as this char. It will then give me the error 3102...

Zoned into town, got the ol' 90000, now still stuck in 3102 limbo for over an hour, even on my alt that I hadn't logged in with since beta.

When they said they fixed 3102, they didn't actually find a way to stop it from happening, they found out how to fix it after it happens. At least, that's my theory. That's just as good, right?
