SE keeps trying to attract casual players...at the cost of the actual PvP players. It's a shame, but every season they make it more and more "inviting" to new players...then they still can't figure out how to burst so they quit anyway.

If you thought the bard you had in feast was bad, imagine a bard who doesn't have wanderer's up, can't use half his burst, and his normal skills do less damage than the summoner's egi. He does this to get rid of casting times for his attacks.
If you think that healer you had sucked, imagine them getting stunlocked and killed in seconds, and the game ending in a minute because they quickly wiped everyone else, and just needed one more kill to win.
A lot of the old kit didn't really work well with pvp for most people. The skilled players like it, but it was incredibly easy for most people to be ineffective because it was harder overall to do damage and to use burst. I mean, many classes had four buttons devoted to dps up buffs alone, and that's not counting attacks that did percentage up or reduced resistance that were stand alone.
I'm not the biggest fan of PvP. Honestly only really got into it, to get all the Garo sets. But I definitely had a better time, when I had full access to my abilities. Right now it's way too dumbed down and I always need to readjust to the hotbar, when I go from PvE into PvP.
Did you like instalosing Feast because you got matched with an unranked healer who got murdered and your skill meant nothing? Because that happened. Oh, and healers were pretty rare, so until said healer quit playing, you often lost multiple matches. And queues tanked because of that.
Since season 4, you need to non-stop queue Feast at first 3 weeks to get rank high enough or queue slow down/dies starting 4th week.
This including do not do anything with your FC or friends and just solo queue Feast mode.
This season is worst because of Eureka and basically murdered Feast queue too, it is not fully because of the 4.0 pvp system.
