I love Nyan Cat! I used to play it out loud in my room whenever I was cleaning (the 10 hour version). But since my family literally threatened bodily harm against me, I only listen every now and then using earphones.

No, I have no problems if people call Than gay or whatever. People are entitled to that.

What I find in poor taste is making light of an issue that is serious for some people on this board. You are essentially saying "SE please make SSM or homosexuals will be single" and using Than as the poster child for your message.

My thinking was what better way for SE so show their support for people of that persuasion than to have a well know NPC be the first to have a same sex union. It was supposed to be more of a plea from Than himself for SE to change their minds.

Don't take it too seriously. It's just harmless fun. Besides, you know he's straight, I know he's straight, and anyone who's played the game and seen him hitting on anything with a vagina knows he's straight. No one's really using Than as a poster child for any message. People are just having fun, that's all.
