Yep, I do it all the time when I can't find a spot on the floor. But yes, it does have to be an open stall. I can count on one hand how many times I've had trouble finding an open one however. There's a 24 hour limit, which means that people get kicked out of them daily and you'll almost always be able to find an open one.

On AH - I think the market system is becoming very hybrid, but it will be very exciting to hear what Yoshida has planned for the market. As he seems to want to both keep the market, make it prettier, and yet make it more functional. Which seems to be all our desires.

they've added so many things like the changing shells while crafting/gathering that alot of people don't know.

i'm not against an ah, but just against the blind ah like xi had. people keep using the bring back the ah from xi and i hated the guessing how much someone was selling something. i'd be fine if it was ah style where people just listed their items and prices though.

First of all i dont like this post... but I understand the rant. However, take this as an opportunity to buy some stuff in this current game that NO ONE ELSE will EVER HAVE in Final Fantasy A Real Reborn. It will be the most awesome Rare/ex item that you gil will buy. So... just go on a spending spree! have fun get ready for a whole new game!

I know most do not agree, but I liked 11's AH style, its anti-undercut. Ive played wow, and obv this, when the direct price is shown and you have something to sell, your going to undercut by some, some people are more dumb than others with it, but undercutting is undercutting.

In FF11 prices generally stayed static for aslong as i can remember, it showed sale history and it kept prices at those averages basically forever. I do get why more people dislike this though, its a seller vs consumer thing, theres always more consumers than sellers, so more will like it the way that drives prices down faster. Alot of things that you can craft in-game only make 3-4k/synth and there might only be 5 selling a day out of the entire server, yet its still undercut by 1k/sale til its not worth doing.

Oh, so that must be why almost every time I sold an item at the going rate in the price history in FFXI, I would get undercut by 10-100 gil (but the seller would recieve the same amount I would have). Other people would do the same thing and my item never sells, even though we were all getting the same actual amount of money. At least in FFXIV, you know when you're being undercut since sale prices aren't hidden... Not only that, but you aren't obligated to buy from the undercutter like you are in XI, since in XI the person with the lowest selling price wins, even if that's not what you offered.

you have no logic at all..

all money is reduced.. so you wont have more or less money than before..

a guy who has 100k now has 10 k afterwards...
the only thing that changes is the cosmetic factor, that 99 million seems to be lower than 999 million..

instead of buying an highlevel item for 1 million gil, you will buy it for 100k. npc costs will drop, like the gil rewards for quests and leves also.
