That's my prediction.

SE shrugging it off like they never requested us to try out 6.1 SAM changes and to give them feedback. Said they will post changes however with the new patches, it sounds like an Ego thing to justify what they think is right. " Don't you have Phones " and " You think you do, but you don't " type of vibe we're getting.

They'll act like it never happened, never mentioning Kaiten removal or Tenka Goken changes or the forgetting of Auto Crit adding to Tenka Goken or even Auto Crits in general being negatively received, but will probably note some the other changes over it like the QoL Enpi while having idiots defend it all by saying " You're still top performing DPS " and such with the occasional healer main reminding us how " you lot must be new? " retoric, as if this norm should be acceptable cause it shouldn't. Not by any mmorpg honestly cause we have plenty that can share their experiences with negative changes in the past in other games.

Plenty say it's reflective of Blizzard's behavior to WoW, I can't really touch on it. Never played WoW, but that sounds really concerning.

They requested feedback, we gave it. They didn't respond to any of the changes made as of 6.1 Samurai. If you been paying attention a tiny little, you would have noticed the promise that they would apply whatever changes they make to Jobs in future patch notes. Like skill changes. It's an Ego thing where they will not admit any flaws they PvE combat designs. Our prediction is pretty much them shrugging off not explaining any of the 6.1 changes they made.

It's a wonder how you can even continue when your mouth is full of Square's... let's say Juices.

Square's juices ? I think it was fully established that this man, or amalgamation of trash thrown together had nothing to say but irrelevant spurs of words poorly strung together in an attempt to discredit us.
And yet he sees himeself as classy while sipping wine. Funny thing is that he probably has absolutely no clue about good wine, just like he has no clue about Samurai. A clueless person that should only be shamed.

Huffed enough copium… Its obvious that they wont revert back the changes from the seems of it… if they return kaiten etc sure I will go back to playing SAM but the cone aoe becoming a circle AoE annoyed me the most when this doesnt affect anyone except ultimate raiders.

On the other hand its hilarious how almost every change for the BLM since ARR till now in EW (except flare gain on 2 removal) has been positive. Is it a coincidence?

Now i learnt after they simplify all other jobs *cough* (DRG and AST next on the execution platform which has been delayed) the only thing ill find in the ashes will be the BLM.

See you all SAM mains in the after life was good time playing the job up till now. (Unless it magically gets reverted)

I cant imagine whats exciting is going for sam in 7.0 if endwalker seller ability is shoha 2 and they also copy pasted midare tsubame combo into a boring skill you use once in a while.

BLM is so well designed compared to any other job it's becoming indeed hilarious. All your spells make perfect sense, nearly every spell has its AoE counterpart, your rotation isn't static, there are always ways to improve. Gameplay is completely different than any other job, because BLM is only actual caster left in the game. Leylines and hardcasting means that every encounter can be minmaxed and mastered.

Then you have SAM, which got neutered in single patch because *insert SE's excuses which gets disproven within minutes*. The whole idea of building up resources and then using them in burst with insane damage was destroyed overnight. Having cast times on Iajutsus and Ogi is unjustified now.

BLM is SE's spoiled child and SAM is the middle child which lives under staircase. And then there are healers, which are not allowed in the house and live in a shack in the garden.

But hey, at least our sacrifice finally fixed WAR.

I'm not counting my chickens - as far as we know gauge management is still gone, overpower is still stupid and equilibrium's HoT is no longer any use as a pulling tool. In fact all that's changed is a contrived solution to a manufactured problem which may or may not result in comically low potencies on fell cleave and the like when implemented. The correct solution, as ever, was still the removal of all guaranteed direct crit skills and replacing them with a potency boost.
