Ironically my in game wife and I have lasted about 10 months now. She is with someone IRL and has a child. I'm single by choice IRL. We have a really good friendship. We both understand not to cross each others boundaries in regards to romance IRL. Marriage is possible in game as long as both parties understand the expectations and respect them.

Goals for the marriage union: Looking for my partner in crime to enjoy the game with. Someone that is always down to play together no matter what we are doing in-game. I am married irl so I'm not looking for a real relationship.


Etc: I am a pretty relaxed, go with the flow type of gal. I just came back to the game after approximately 3 months off so looking for someone that can keep me interested during patch lulls. I still have a lot of quests to do but doing them solo sucks the life out of you. :p

That seems to be the nature of things here though. Asking up front really seems like you're asking to find a stalker or someone creepy, but even that aside... it's just kind of hard to set emotional boundaries. I mostly just want the glams and mount but I wouldn't mind making a new friend but... I just feel like the type of friend you'd be asking for in this scenario wouldn't be healthy.

I've funnily enough had the same issue with the few people I've met through this. Not trying to start anything IRL I wanna keep it in game, but apparently I'm 'too nice to not want'. What? I just want someone to enjoy the game with

Etc: I prefer to take things one step at a time to get to know the person first, but there needs to be similar interest i.e gposing/venues/fashion before i can be interested as these hobbies are important to me. I don't mind trying out new things like raiding next time when i find the right person.
