You would need to use something like windows paint to open it and then save it, and Ive used fraps

If you're using a Windows-friendly keyboard (and the Windows Operating System, obviously), you can take screenshots by holding the Windows Key (between Left CTRL and Left ALT) and pressing the PrtScr button. This will save the screenshot in User -> (Name) -> Screenshots.

I dont think you should be posting that, modded screenshots could very likely get you banned. Not sure though, because its not the game, but a benchmark..

SE doesn't care when the modded screens appear in the other threads, and several of the screenshot contest winners had obvious reshade usage. They don't really care about it, especially in regards to reshade.
