WTFast isn't working anymore, keep getting disconnected.
I demand a month- no! Two months free service and a free Alexander mount for my inconvenience! No, not Gobwalker, not "rock me" Arrhidaeus, I mean an actual Alexander mount, the big one, the one in the Hinterlands. Make it happen, SE!
I WANT TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER!!
Next day and still cant get on, whats going on SE? (aether server : jenova)
I call bs on it being an ISP issue I just logged in to two different games (Neverwinter on PS4 and Diablo 3 {both PS4 and PC}) No problems. It has to be on SE's end and they aren't doing anything to resolve the issue or if they are they aren't saying jack to the customers (which is no good considering keeping your customers happy is Customer Service 101). In fact if the issue goes on for more that 24 hrs there should be some sort of compensation to those that SE basically stole money from. Be it a reduction of the subscription fee on the next month's bill or even some in-game items would be good. Either way SE has a major Customer Relations Problem as of now.
I beg to differ that it's not SE's problem. If it was an ISP problem one ISP would be effected (Comcast for example) not multiple ISP's across the country. And if it is because there's only one route to the server then it is SE's fault for not distributing the servers more widely rather than having them centralized.
So I decided to try another Data Center.
I am located in the United States.
I created an alt on the Chaos Data Center, Ragnarok Server. Completed the level 1 MSQ, then just ran around town a bit.
Exit the game while on this character... logged back in and successfully connected again w/o any hiccups.
Logged out and tried getting back on my main on Primal Data Center, Hyperion Server... Error Code 10105.
Booted back to start menu, immediately switched back to Chaos Data Center and logged back in w/o any hiccups...
I then logged out of this character again, and logged back in right away...
So what gives? If it's my ISP how am I able to repeatedly, and successfully, connect to a completely different data center?
