I noticed a lot of other players are having the same issue too during gameplay via the duty roulette. I'm on the PC version, I keep getting Connection the lobby encounter an error every 1 minute. A bit hard to get back in. I know I have a strong connection. I'm on the Server Lamia.

Having connection issues today. Keeps 90002'ing while in game and repeatedly 2002 on attempts to connect to Primal data center. Restarted computer, powercycled network, tested internet. ping 42ms, 118mbps download 18.2mbps upload. No issues on any other web based game or application. No issues logging in on the launcher

me too, in the last couple of weeks poor connections, delay on actions, sometimes get that symbol on your head, the red lightning bolt one. don't get kicked from the game often, but its annoying when you shoot across the screen. but it always seems to happen during peek time which is strange,

PS4 Gilgamesh player here. The last few days have been horrid with disconnects during duties. I was helping with an A11S clear last night and multiple people were getting D/C (myself included), and today during a Nidhogg pigeon farm multiple D/Cs occurred. Seems to be a server issue so hopefully it's getting looked at currently since the wave of XV players are returning lol.

I've been having this problem for more then a week now. I tried using wtfast today, but didn't help. It reduced to 1-2dc x 20 floors in PoD (1-20) instead of 3-5. Most of the time getting error 90002 sometimes 90001.

I keep dc'ing on Exodus and it seems like it may be primarily PC players experiencing this problem
-
Server crashing. It's an SE datacenter problem
Same here on Sargatanas but connecting from Italy
-
It looks like a Level3 issue -- again -- at least according to current traces and outage maps. Still, the result is that the path towards the NA Datacenter is borked at the moment (also reporting from Italy, btw). Widespread instances of Error 5006.
-
yeah seems to be a Datacenter issue causing all sorts of hell. I can access Elemental and Chaos but not any of the others on my end

So, because I hate myself, I did a live chat with SE support about this issue and they promptly proclaimed that the problem was on Comcast's end (my ISP/the corporate personification of evil), told me I needed to tell them to route around 3 IPs that were "experiencing latency," and ended the chat session. THANKS.
So, because I can't have nice things, I said what the hell and contacted Comcast's support. After supplying the customary puppy for them to consume in front of me, they decided the issue must be my equipment, half of which I've replaced as recently as 4 days ago, ran several checks, declared that I had... no kidding... "an outdated boot file on the account."
...
...
What?
Now listen, I'm not an expert in coaxial networking. I am, however, an expert on computers in general having spent several years repairing them and diagnosing and repairing networking problems. An outdated boot file on the account sounds to me like grade F bs see me after class and try harder. That's the kind of thing you tell someone when you aren't even bothering to make up something plausible because you have absolutely no idea what's wrong AND no respect for your customer whatsoever because clearly I'm a gibbering idiot who can barely ooze my way out of bed in the morning.
Nonetheless, they "did something" and assured me that the problem would be no more.
Guess what, it didn't work. I haven't been this shocked since I discovered there was gambling going on in this establishment.
Oh and they weren't interested in my suggestion regarding routing around problematic nodes on the route. Basically when I brought that up, they pretended I hadn't spoken.
So SE claims it's the ISP... the ISP claims there's nothing wrong.
Clearly the continued high latency and disconnections MUST be my imagination.
