1500 miles! :O granted that's a good day drive. 1500 miles ain't enough for some relatives though. You said Missouri though, it is gorgeous especially in the early morning.

I've been telling my boss for weeks that I needed a new oil jug since mine had a crack in it. He asked me if I was gonna clean it up. I asked if I was gonna get some new equipment. The Cold War has begun.

Time to break out the kitty litter and start grinding it in with your boots. I was a mechanic in the military and about half my time was doing exactly that for any oil spills. I was the worst mechanic ever and they knew it so they just had me run checks on all the vehicles staged...or clean up oil spills.
Oh I was bad but not the worst they have seen. They tried to mess with me twice on the first day. First they wanted me to fill out a India Delta 10 Tango form and then after that fill up the Humvee in the bay with a quart of blinker fluid. When I told them I wasn't stupid they had a good laugh and then they just had me do some basic maintenance.
I don't think it's possible without some sort of short term repercussions. How it works is the main goal is 100 hours. Every hour they roll an 8 sided dice and do what is on that. Half help you stay awake and the other half tire you out. Every 6 hours you can choose to continue or to quit with the amount you have earned. It's a cute video.
