I am proud of SE and their commitment to me. I have NEVER seen a company of any kind so completely bend over backwards like SE to provide the historic level of customer service that they provide. I've been playing for like ten years begining with FFXI and I'm 57 years of age and been around to see lots of companies handle problems. NONE have done all the things that SE has to work out a solution that benefits their customers.
