I don’t mean to be insulting but you’re coming off as an entitled person right now. You don’t get what you want in life at all times and you enjoyed it before they were confirmed. Just play the game and have fun.

Myah'a Tabbs...
I'll be checking your level, once the 1st of July hits. Will you really unsub? I doubt it.
Let's all just be grey blobs.

Have a nice day :D
What many of you don't seem to understand is when they say they can only do 1 new race as they are now that doesn't mean "Well, if you waited longer you coulda done both".
It means that they are only able to make and support 1 new race worth of work moving forward.
So no, if nothing happens to improve their work flow and make this process easier it doesn't matter if it's 5.0 or 7.0 they will not be able to handle more and give us the content we look forward to at the pace we are use to.
No it's not -_-
Well, is this really a reason to throw a tantrum? Other players are concerned about the gravitas of balance and jobs changes, and how the game could change at a large scale and you want to unsub for your broken expectations? Do you really want to behave like the little kid, who wanted a red toy car at christmas and instead got the blue one - and then stops talking to their parents until it gets the red car?
Is "no male viera now" really worth it to throw away all the good things from the past and all what's to come? We can be happy that we even got viera at all, from all what I know. And look, I understand you are disapointed, but threatening the devs with unsub, over this? money wise they would only feel an impact over it if A LOT of their player base would think alike and behave like you do now.
And well, even if there were no valid technical limitations to why SQEX decided how they did, would you have been happy? no - because player A wants the hulk bunny, player B the androgynous leeth bunny, plyer C the tiny male lala-esque bunny, player D wants feral bunny and player E want the three-headed-guard-dog-bunny-of-tge-easter-bunny-from-hell.
It is sad, that you want to depart from a game with such a rich history and cherished memories because you did not got this one wish granted, but then just go and stop fueling the echo-chamber - fare thee well until the time male Viera are added (or not).
*sigh* look, in short: there are better ways to go about this, and I usually avoid forums for exactly this messy reason here. feeling offended is okay, but do not if you act entitled about it. Instead try to establish a dilog with the devs and work with them. Just stop playing the hyper offended-and-entitled card - in the long run, it just damages your fun, the fun of others and in the end your rep in the eyes of others.
Kind regards,
Rissa
1. We all pay for the base game, every expansion, and a monthly sub. If we want to stop paying for whatever reason it is well within our right.
2. People jump the gun to assume that this is the only reason why many people unsub. Now, again, see #1. But the people to whom this was the straw that broke the camel's back aren't exactly going to start listing the things that came prior that made them draw the line at the genderlocking.
Metaphor is broken given we are the ones paying for it.Quote:

Seems like there's a trend forming regarding this, yes. Also, a lot of people who do unsub won't come to the forums and tell the devs they're doing so - in part because of people like you who come in here to mock them. They'll just unsub quietly and that would be that.Quote:

Its not really a tantrum at all, and in the post they even state that there are multiple decisions that they are not happy with.
In addition, it actually makes sense to describe in further detail why you are leaving since the questionaire they give you when unsubbing only has limited, sterile, radio options and after a few weeks, you are unable to post at all in the forums. Which leaves the reddit, and that's not the same as the official forums(never even heard of any SE dev responding to reddit conversations.)
