I've done about 32 trips to Central Rimilala Trench and I cannot get it to unlock the Wreckage or Deep Sea 7 :(. I'm at a stand still until I can get an unlock.

The RNG with Meerkat is pretty real. I send out 8x C+/U+/U+/Sy+ every 26 hours and in the middle of a 3-week drought after getting 4 in 2 weeks... so many earth crystals. Driving the prices of crypto down like crazy!

A meer(haw haw) 352 hits.

it's now Jan 20 and since Dec 27 still been sending out every time, and not seen a 2nd meerkat yet. le sigh.

Periodic reminder that new patch is a week out, and new zones/increased max rank could happen. So throw together a 150+ range ship and do a tour of the 5 highest zones:

1 - Smuggler's Knot
2 - The Lone Glove
3 - Coldtoe Isle
4 - The Midden Pit
5 - Sea of Ash 4

Also, my 4 subs have brought back 4 meerkats in the last month, after going a couple hundred journeys without getting one.

Feb 11 and still no 2nd meerkat since Dec 27. *shakes fist at Stouter* lol

you need a build with at least 190 surveillance stat. there are only a few sub builds that can get you that amount. it's pretty much the king of stat if you want rare items.

Have since gotten 4 more Meerkats since this post in early Jan. Working on a few more sets of subs but wondering if they'll adjust the drop rate or make it drop in one of the new zones too.

Likely it will drop in at least one of the new zones. We've seen that happen with the other minions.

been sending my subs out for the entire month, they come back every 25 hours, 16 subs geared, not a single one ;____;
got 4 in the first month of upgraded parts i think, and nothing since.

Thank you--I see now! At first the wording of the post made me think both CCT and SCT were used for Southeast Isle and Thaeros was unsure of which! :)

So how do you unlock Nald'thal's Pipe? The map on the first page has it connected to South Charnel Trench and the post that mentions it says he unlocked it from Central Charnel Trench. I've been sending my subs to central with no luck and it is the only place I have not unlocked, so I am assuming it is in fact South Charnel Trench.

Yeah I wasted some trips on Central and saw it was updated to be South instead. Currently having the subs run a single hop to the zone so I can start unlocking the house skin :/ Managed to get a few more meerkats and the gold boule on my trips though so not all that bad.
