As much as I would love to see redesigns in encounters that make healers heal like they do in other mmos , with increased difficulty (as in you cant be a lazy healer and succeed) , lets not forget that this is a game where the devs facilitated a portion of the community who demanded an easy option for instanced MSQ quests , and complained that "in from the cold" mission in garlemald was too hard and refused to see reason behind the intent of the quest.
We will never get proper healing in this game, it would cause a twitter/forum meltdown if the healing/actions per second went up to match what is considered normal in other mmos
