I understand and I think we all know that the errors are being caused due to large amount of requests. That is the problem, even we knew that would happen. Just looking at what happened at Early Access, all the restrictions applied when creating characters, it was expected to be a huge load of requests.

So, I can't accept the excuse "due to large amount of requests" anymore, I'm sorry.

It sounds rude, but didn't Square Enix learn anything about the previous incidents (only in ARR)? Nothing at all?

Yes! finally got my transfer to Ultros... (Which I thought wasn't going to be possible)
Now I am trying to get my husbands character transferred and it's not on the list AHHH!
I can play with my RL friends now, but not my husband :mad:

Having the full server list doesn't do you any good if none of your characters show up in the dropdown below it.

The answer is more then likely no. As a matter of fact you can't even give me a definite answer because you don't know yourself.

I feel that 'entire server lists' are but a myth, I don't feel like I'll ever see anything but Durandal...

Poor Camate, throwing himself into the fire of angry customers.

To have to wake up on a Tuesday morning, grab a mug of coffee and sit down to some of these messages for 8 or 10 hours a day on top of whatever other duties he has to do besides being a forum moderator. Whew.

Sympathies, man.

Also, it should likely be known that hostile questions don't beget answers... just in case that wasn't common knowledge.

this is extremely bad right now since some friends have been able to move and others cant, if people cant reliably move as a group to another server there is going to be hell to pay

Bahahaha, omg, I say that and I just breeze through it after refreshing half a dozen times before my next whine?! I almost feel like something was trying to prove me wrong there...

I am someone that was able to get transferred with a ton of attempts/page refreshers. It was nice that after an hour and a half that the transfer was seemingly instant.

However, after being a month late on the original date, change again to "early" October, and then pushed back again -- this should have been Flawless. And I feel horrible for each person that's been waiting and subbing to your game while they haven't been able to play with their friends. Then those same people who can't get this to follow through have to wait three hours for some sort of communication from our rep?

I can excuse a game that isn't catered to my every desire. I can excuse a game that isn't put out there with all the bells and whistles other MMOs have. I can excuse so much, but what I find inexcusable is how the company is handling their customers.
