Last two days I've realy noticed some HUGE and looooong lag spikes followed by two 90k's in a row in mid dungeon.

After the last two maintenance, its basically most of the day, its especially bad during dungeons/raids but sometimes pretty bad running in town amongst large groups of people, whole game "stops" and then after 1-20+ seconds it catches up with itself again. I tried using a tunnel service to get a proxy to New York from UK, it reduced server latency by a lot, but did not help with the lag spikes, if anything they are even worse, turn 5 was almost unplayable for me, and I can just about manage to do titan if i am lucky to dodge shit while in a "freeze". I ran a wireshark test and everything coming from SE server is being throttled by my ISP.
p.s wtb EU servers, or my ISP to stop throttling me :(

What's the point??? I brought the original ff14 and it was shite!!! Now this one is shite too with so much lag it's unplayable. When will I learn to stop giving money to square enix???

When does the problem occur: Experiencing freeze lags for up to 5-10 seconds as well as occasionaly high latency/action delay randomly troughout most of the day, but more intesified during evening/prime time.
Especialy evening time(EU) it can get so bad that loading between zones can last for 10 minutes, happens both during instanced runs and outside of.
Have tried every possible soultion on my own as well as contacting my ISP without anything helping.
Even tried with connecting trough a paid VPN, which while stopping (most of)the random 5-7sec lag spikes instead made the game unplayable trough too high MS/latency and occasional 90k error.
Edit note: I did not have any issue whatsoever until about 10 days ago, and its been getting worse ever since.

pingtest.net and speedtest.net both show good numbers(No packet loss and low Jitters) connecting to Montreal(Supposed location of the NA/EU data center) and yet I have rediculous issues in game. Gets worse and worse as time goes on. Also: 128 pages SE and no official response?
