I want to try it! Roasted carrots are one of my favorites. I wonder how to make it crispy like real bacon? Maybe, lay the strips on a rack over a cookie sheet and bake at 400ºF?

On occasion omelettes. That's either tomorrow or the next. Depends how I feel.
