Eh, while I'm not going to say we need a pride event because honestly it feels like companies just do it for good PR, being a "normal human being" means you aren't a marginalized group. If you're not marginalized, you're not treated unfairly and you haven't been discriminated against on a basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, etc. Of course, which groups are marginalized vary depending on where you are, like someone who's a white male won't be discriminated against in the U.S.A. but they absolutely will be discriminated against in a place in Japan or South Africa.
That being said, there is one constant amongst the human race, and it's that across all countries cisgendered heterosexuals are the majority of the population since it's just the biological default, and that's perfectly fine. Pride exists to both help people who feel marginalized accept who they are, and to also spread awareness and tolerance to people who are otherwise ignorant of how queer folk are discriminated against in both deliberate and inadvertant ways for things they were born into and have no control over.
Pride doesn't exist to put down "normal" people, it exists to prop up people who are feeling alone or are marginalized so that they can start to feel okay with themselves, and in a similar vein to get people to stop treating marginalized groups unfairly.
Anyways, all this to say that straight/cisgendered people don't get discriminated against anywhere, they're literally the vast majority across all of humanity, which is why straight/cisgendered pride would be kind of silly
