Namingway Card items?

I would like to see a name change item. I used a Fantasia a while back to change from a hyur to a miqo'te and now my name is not lore friendly at all. Please implement one SE!!

Yep, you get to choose one character to rename at a time and it costs to me personally (a legacy Australian player, don't know how much it is to others):
"Price: EUR 7.00"

A name change feature would be awesome! Bans and blacklists should be against the account and not specific characters anyway. Just because a person makes a new character with a different name, race and appearance doesn't mean they're going to stop spamming, robbing and trolling. Character's name should just be cosmetic.
