After over 30 pages of ignored customer complaints I feel like this game just isn't worth it. Have a good one guys. I'll just play other MMO's till The Elder Scrolls, Destiny and The Division dwarf this one.

Its been over 10 days already... I feel totally ignored. Some people have had miracles, I'm not one of those. Time to give up I think.
I just feel bad because i paid 40 dollars to play only 40 days.
This is the worst service customer i have seen in my entire life.
Got like 5 days left of free trial. I want to give you my money, Square Enix, but when I try and pay on your site it gives me an Error Code: 601. Fix it please!
After 10 days of waiting to "TRY" and pay for my sub i got the error 601 AGAIN. Looks like SE only made this game for a select few of people to play, If Square doesn't want my money I will just take it somewhere else and give it to someone who will GLADLY take it.
Hi... I seem to have the same issue. I have a version 1 account and I can't renew the sub or upgrade to CE due to this error. It doesn't seem like there's anything wrong with my credit card information or balance.
Still getting errors. Called bank again, it is not their end.
When this thread dies out SE will say they were right and customers finally sorted out the issue with their financial institutions when in reality we will all have given up and moved on.
