You can always cancel your sub until things get better. Unless you never intend to play the expansion, doing a refund on the expansion seems pointless. You'll be able to play it eventually.

I cant play on Monday till Friday, 8000 people in the queue, this takes about 4 hours and this is wiithout the 2002 error. Comming home from work at 6 PM, = no Endwalker for me. I am still stuck at level 81 quest.

Okay, don't then. It won't change anything. FWIW the expansion is worth the battling of queues to get in and play.

Legitimate complaint

I can't believe how many people are on here complaining about a person who is upset over a legitimate concern. Too many people today love to accept crap.
I don't know how not to be upset with this. So yes I did cancel my subscription. If this is not fixed by the time "My days of playtime remaining" end. I will be done with this game.
I have played this game for a long time. Every expansion we get massive amounts of players who come back to the game. This year we have had a large influx of people who left wow. This is not something that just happened. So they had months to get on top of this issue.
Did they? No.
I got kicked from the queue and told to wait until an opening is available to log in. When the hell is that? Are they going to contact me and say "try it now"? No.

Do you even know the physical size of so called server at all?
One server almost took a size of class room and it requires a tech stationed on site to maintenance it.
How many servers do you think a datacenter requires?

This is not something you can buy off Walmart or have Amazon mail it to you.
Also, people is only using the same OP been use to others.
If he doesn't like the tone, too bad, because that is the same tone he has been using.

I don't understand why priority login isn't a thing. Drama aside, that was a good point and would solve so many issues. The queue will take me 5 hrs to get through right now on my server and I already sat through it once today, I didn't get to play after making it through the first time. Getting back in after you are dropped is the only thing I want right now.

Seconding this. The game just errored out and crashed when I went to exit the first trial, and now I'm at the end of a 5300 person queue. So I guess I'll find out if I need to redo the trial three hours from now. :/
